A Texas Wine and Music Festival That Gives Back

Benefiting The SIMS Foundation and Texas Wine Community Scholarships Texas Wine Jam is all about celebrating our love for great Texas wine and music while giving back to those communities that make it possible. The festival shines a light on new and off-the-beaten-path wineries along with a few “oldies, but goodies” that we've really come to love and the local music that

feeds our soul and drives the "Cool" of Central Texas. It's also about supporting two very impactful causes that support local music and local wine – The SIMS Foundation and Texas Wine Community Scholarships. Four-dollars from every ticket sold will be split between these two organizations.

The festival features a showcase of 15 Texas wineries including Vinovium (event producer), 12 Fires Winery, AB Astris, Adega Vinho, Crowson, Esperanza Winery, Hye Meadow Winery, Kuhlman Cellars, Saint Tryphon, Siboney Cellars, Spicewood Vineyards, Westcave Cellars, Tatum Cellars, Sandy Road Vineyards and Lost Oak Winery. A big element of this event is the raffle, which will help drive bottle sales. For every bottle of wine a guest purchases at the festival they are automatically entered into a raffle to win one of several mixed-cases of wine from wineries attending the festival, in addition to gifts sponsored by the festival’s Community Partners.

The festival also features three live performances from local bands. At 11am The Lost Pines take the Frost Bank stage. They are an Austin bluegrass band that was named a runner up in the bluegrass category of the Austin Chronicle’s Annual Readers’ Poll. At 1:30pm the Scott Strickland Band performs who is gaining notoriety for his big voice and budding songwriting talent that according to Matt Sullivan of DO512 is “reminiscent of Ritchie Havens, Bill Withers, David Crosby or Joni Mitchell”. Lastly, the JoeyGreen Band performs at 4pm who’s most recently known for his success on NBC's The Voice. Green has become a household name in Texas for his rock 'n' roll to soul country rollercoaster ride of a live show.

The festival is proud to call the following companies its 2022 lineup of Community Partners and Sponsors: The Wine & Food Foundation, Waterloo Sparkling Water, The Austin Texas Wine Society, The Vind, Sommly, Wrenwood Ranch, The Sustainable Food Center, Go Texan and Frost Bank.

General Admission and VIP tickets are now available for sale at www.txwinejam.com for $45 and $55 respectively. VIP tickets allow for early entrance into the festival at 11am and include 5 additional raffle tickets. Other Festival features include food for sale from Chef Billy Brown of Sunday House Market and Cowboy Cantina as well as shopping from local vendors.

Texas Wine Jam is a production of Vinovium Partners – a Texas winery and negociant.
